    • We expect most orders to ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, however, some orders may take longer. Rest assured, we're working hard to deliver your order, while caring for the health and safety of our team members.You'll automaticaly receive a tracking link once your order ships.       • Parcels containing tobacco that leave our warehouse will be shipped AGE SENSITIVE ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED and marked “AGE SENSITIVE RECIPIENT MUST BE 21" depending on your states shipping rules.

    Return Policy

    We do not accept returns on cigars. All cigar sales are final.

    Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of products on our site, we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we will notify you by e-mail with the expected ship date (typically 7 business days from your time of order). At that point, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or have us order it for you.

    • SJ Cigars is an operating business in the state of PA and complies to all tobacco rules and regulations in the state of PA. A customer who purchases tobacco from this site is fully responsible to comply with their own state regulations where they reside. When purchasing tobacco products from another state you are fully responsible to those state laws.

      Age Verification

      You must provide your birthdate in compliance with Federal regulation to be age 21 or older in the checkout process. If we do not receive this information, it will delay your order. We reserve the right to ask for I.D. if necessary. You must be 21 to purchase tobacco products. In some instances, we may card. This means you will be asked to fax a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age. Customers should be prepared to provide this to us. Parcels containing tobacco that leave our warehouse may be shipped Adult Signature Required.

      Sales Taxes

      Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania is the responsibility of the purchaser.

      Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax.
