The second edition in the Volume Series which draws inspiration from Alexandre Dumas’ famous novel The Count of Monte Cristo, these stocky 7x56 gems are rolled at the Flor de Copan cigar factory in Honduras. To match the luxury of Parisian high society that the main character was introduced to in the eponymous chapter, Altadis U.S.A.’s Grupo de Maestros developed a blend of aged Honduran long fillers, a Broadleaf binder, and a top-shelf Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper. The result is a decadently good and complex medium-bodied smoke with notes of white pepper, chocolate, leather, spice, and earth.
